Payment must be received in full before dispatch of goods. Payments are processed via a payment gateway that complies with all relevant country regulations. We are not responsible if a customer uses payment credentials of another person without their consent.
7. Shipping And Delivery
7.1 Shipping Policy
We offer shipping within Netherlands and the Germany, as well as to international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. For international orders, delivery takes approximately 6 to 14 working days. International shipping is available only to the countries listed in the delivery shipping address drop-down.

7.3 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Matha Stores are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
